You’re almost on top of each other but it was only for the night so we didn’t care that much. Traffic noise was noticeable but not annoying.

Easy to get to. The pool was closed. We didn’t try the recreation hall. Good sites and roads.

We stayed there as a member of Ocean Canyon Properties. Therefore, there was no cost to us. Everything is first class. There’s a nice but small club house; which has two tv’s, kitchen facilities, exercise equipment, and a game room. The pool was very nice but the weather wasn’t conducive to swimming during our visit. All the sites off 50 Amps, water, cable, sewer, and wifi. There’s a dog park for the fury creatures. They did everything right.

Pools weren’t open, neither was the clubhouse. Cable tv was snowy. Lots of areas to walk your pets. Sites are close together.

We have a 42’ 5th wheel and we barely fit in the site with our truck. The WiFi was hit or miss. 5G was faster. The grass area was loaded either way dog poop. The pool and hot tub were not open.

Many permanent rv’s here. For a one night stop it worked. Don’t know if I’d want to stay any longer.

Sites are very nice but in my opinion very narrow. On one side is curb which protects both sewer hookups. There’s all the electric hookups, water pressure is good, but cable seems to be useless. We got nothing but snowy pictures. The site is nice with grass, a picnic table, and a fire ring.

The site we were on are mainly for the transient campers. Most of the rest of the campground is for permanent campers.
Very friendly staff, the security is on the ball, and we would come back again. Only real negative is the location from Buffalo.

Sites are close together and the entrance is very narrow. 30 & 50 amp hookups.

They were very helpful getting us checked in and trying to get our rig repaired. The only unfortunate part was the dogs roaming loose and the dog poop in the campsite. Not sure if that’s a coincidence or the last campers left it there. Either way, not nice.
