I read the reviews the day after we had spent our first night. I was surprised by a 3* rating.
We drove in and was looking at a sign by the shuttle building and a very nice lady said after we parked, she would take us to the casino. I pulled up to the RV parking and saw the $35 sign, the lady said pay no attention to that and she would take us to the gift shop entry where we could get a player's card that would give us a free night with electric hookup, still March so water is not turned on till April. My wife and I both got cards, she likes slots and I like Texas Holdem, since Easter Sunday was the next day, we decided to avoid traffic and stay the second night free. Yes, there is a little truck noise but RVs are separated from the trucks, so it is not very bad, we hardly ever stay in an RV park when traveling so the noise does not bother us. Everyone is very nice,

One of our daily stops on our trip out west. It was amazing to be able to pull right up to the water with just enough room to drive on out with the car on the dolly. It was about 45 degrees but I loved the view.

I don't know how people stay months cooped up in a park packed like sardines.
Our driver side slide out was all but touching the neighbor on then left.
The back of our site was not tidy.
I guess all in all for the location you get what you get.

We were looking for a place near Del Rio on our way out west and chose this spot as it was also close to a free dump site just a mile or so away. It is part of the Amistad Lake Recreational area. With our America the Beautiful pass it was only $5 for the night. I has some nice views and would have been great had the weather not been so cold. Site number 1 is close to level and is a drive through which was perfect for our 34' motorhome and car pulled with a tow dolly.

Although there is not a view where your site is the area is clean and neat. Drive through sites make it easy to get in and out. Convenient dump site coming in and going out. Electric (50 amp) and water. For seniors it was a 50% discount so we stayed 4 days for $40.
