Self check in nice. Laundry $2/ wash, $2/ dry. Bar/ restaurant and motel on site. Mostly populated with fisherman. Clean campground with great views. The only complaint is the lawn work going on into evening. Google FI cell service. WiFi available for no added cost.

Nice, quiet and safe overnight from Glacier to ND. All we heard were the birds and the breeze. Dale, the host, was very accomodating and flexible. You can't beat the price!

Marginal campground. I would recommend a day trip to the island or take a second ferry and tent camp on rock island. Save the ferry fee for bringing your car or camper over (not cheap) The access by bike to sites on island good, could be done from ferry landing. The management was responsive when we contacted them about some loud music.

Great biking and hiking trails. The bike trails can be taken all the way into Two Rivers. Don't miss the West Gardens in Manitowoc. Good bike trails along lake in Manitowoc also. The only downside was the water quality. The water was light brown from all the iron in water. bring your own drinking water.

Great park for the views of the Columbia River and access to Wenatchee as well as Lake Chelan. Spent our time riding bike in Wenatchee on the 'Apple Capital' loop and window shopping in Lake Chelan. Park has some trails, including connected trails out to local park (~ 3 miles round trip) Very good cell signal on Google Fi, not sure specifics of other carriers.

Early arrival ok, We stayed in early June at site near lake. The winter flies were unbearable. They don't bite, but make any outside activities difficult. The plus for the park is the access to YNP, other than that it's a fisherman's park . We did see a grizzly bear walking near lake early in the am . Cell signal very spotty and weak ( Google FI) the extra fees charged to out of state visitors is exorbitant!!!
