We were derailed from our original plans and ended up in Ruidoso. We were able to register online but called the park instead because of weather concerns. Didn’t catch his name but the guy was super friendly. Allowed us to pick our site but looked for any other options also. Bathrooms were clean, on-site laundry was clean, park was clean. We were just a 3 minute walk from the Lowe’s Marketplace grocery store and around the corner from the downtown shops. We saw elk and deer in the streets downtown. Wi-Fi was good. Not a lot of in park grass for walking the dog but a trail out the back of the park.

We were just stopping for one night on the way home. We had a back in spot, very wide, but we had to “jump” a rounded curb backing in. All of the sites were designed this way. Our site was reasonably level. Artificial grass pad areas at every site were nice. Check out was 10:am. We weren’t able to sleep in like we wanted to.

This RV Park Is very Close To SeaWorld. The spots are tight. The Wi-Fi is not available at Site 318. We Couldn’t Get The Cable To Connect. My Major Compliant Is The Dog Poo. It Seems That No One Picks Up After Their Dog. There Is Not A Lot Of Green Space So It Accumulates Rapidly If Not Picked Up.

The sites were level and spacious, the bathrooms clean. No Wi-Fi, no cell service for miles so we hiked! Nice place to stay and unplug. We only took one short easy hike and really enjoyed it.
