We were just stopping for one night on the way home. We had a back in spot, very wide, but we had to “jump” a rounded curb backing in. All of the sites were designed this way. Our site was reasonably level. Artificial grass pad areas at every site were nice. Check out was 10:am. We weren’t able to sleep in like we wanted to.

Absolutely beautiful park. Thoughtfully laid out sites with unique artificial turf, no mat needed! Very close to Wal-Mart, Lowe's, and food.
Good water pressure and WiFi that was *surprisingly* good - well over 10Mbps during the day, up to 16Mbps+ depending on the time of day.
Extremely friendly host on-site, clean facilities including easy Bluetooth-controlled laundromat, great view down the slope of the park and into untouched nature. Nice pool and several small, intimate sitting areas with gas/propane fire pits.
Additionally, should you need a storage shed while you're there, they'll bring one to you if there's not one installed. Can't say enough nice things. It's probably one of the nicest private parks in Texas (in regards to construction, care, and consideration) for what it is - if you need to stop in Abilene, this is the place. Yes, there is road noise, but we were closer to the entrance and there are sites further in and down a hill that would minimize the effect.
Highly recommended, we'd stay there again.

This park is right off the highway but the noise didn’t bother us at all. The park is clean and new. New hookups that worked great. Nice big sites. Mostly level. There are some that looked like you may need to work a little to level your rig but ours was flat. Nice big astroturf pads in most if not all. Dog park, laundry, fire pits, pool and playground. The staff was great as well.

We stayed one night after picking up our new rig (dealership put us up, so we can't comment on cost). Easy check-in, pull thru site that needed just a bit of leveling, IMMACULATE bathrooms/showers, good wifi. Only negative was some highway noise. Would definitely stay there again should we need to go back this direction.

Stayed one night, easy in and out. Our dog appreciated the artificial turf after enduring Arizona. Wifi was fast, about 10mbps. Streamed HD Videos easily.
At the office there were 3 toilet/shower rooms. Great pressure and super hot water.
The sites were a very fine crushed granite type of material and each site had a nice sized section of artificial grass. Good water pressure.
Everything was very clean, even the full timers!

Big sites, very level and with Astro turf for pups. Only negative was were placed down in the draw among the permanent dwellers, and the truck noise was loud in the mornings when they left. Whole upper area was nearly empty that we would have fit better for quiet. Bath house was flooded from morning workers for which we cleaned to use. Great spot for a quick overnighted, was supposed to stay three nights, but had to leave day early for severe weather and no refund, which was expected. Other parks honor the weather refund, but for the clean big level sites we were appreciative . Would stay again but be more specific to not be placed down on permanent area.
