This is a nice park with a nice view…only downsides are the laundry! No commercial washing machines and with only 2 working machines it is always busy. To get two loads done I had to visit 2 laundry houses (1 machine works in each location in the park). Park is only half full at best so can’t imagine if it was full!
Staff are very friendly.
There is no ‘General store’ or restaurant as noted in ad. There is a food truck open a few days a week.
Cement pads are awesome with lotsa room between sites.

We booked for three days and ended up staying 2 1/2 weeks! Nice location central to everything we wanted to visit from Pensacola to New Orleans.
The staff were so friendly!
Downside: internet too weak to run Roku tv. Cable was a nice addition though. Would be nice if pool was heated as no one was using it because it is cold with no heat this time of year. There is the cutest gas fire every night which adds to ambience.

You must drive around looking for a spot! Not easy when you are hauling a large travel trailer or a motorhome hauling a vehicle. Most spots are tight because of the palm trees. Corners hard to get around. It was difficult finding an available spot even though we prebooked with rv length and tip outs noted. If you are a bigger rig i would look elsewhere! Sure didn’t measure up to other 1000 trails i have seen.

This park is in a great location with awesome bike trails, convenient access to freeways, and many places to eat nearby. We extended our stay due to location of this nice clean resort. Price is also very reasonable.
