Great stay. Convenient location right off I-4. Large lot in back with plenty of space. One Class A, a large camper and 5 vans here when we woke up. Would stay here again.

Large gravel lot directly across from the World’s Largest Thermometer. Good for a night. Flat and lots of space. Some trees to park next to for a little privacy. Highway noise but still able to sleep fine. Two other campers and a few semis here when we woke up. Good cell service and food/gas on same road
This campground was a pleasant experience and has well-maintained facilities. The bathrooms were clean, and the warm showers were fantastic. There is trash available as well. The sites are numbered and are first come, first serve. We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday in mid-March and there were two sites left. The sites are quite long and it looked like a couple of them were being shared and still had space between rigs. Cell worked okay with 1 bar on AT&T. There was a generator running in the early evening but the night was quiet and it was nice waking to birds chirping in the morning. There was diverse mix of campers, Class A's, tow campers, vans and a tent. Overall, a great choice for a camping trip or just a quick overnight stay while traveling through Florida like we were.

Dedicated RV and truck parking along edge of lot. We spent the night during a heat wave so with our fans on the nearby highway noise wasn’t too bad. Being just off i80 made this a super convenient and safe place to spend a night. Very easy to stock up on food or supplies at Walmart or Super Target on the way out. There were about 5-6 RV/vans and a few semis there with us.
Great stay. Fantastic views. Quiet, safe and can walk to trail heads. We first tried staying at the Sierra Vista trailhead but it was full so came here and found one of the last spots. We stayed four nights and it was busy. Any spots that became empty would get filled. Parts of the road were a little rough but not an issue for our 2 wheel drive Promaster van.

Felt safe. There is a sign saying 12 hours RV parking is okay. Parking lot is pretty flat and there were about 6-8 other campers there.
Second time staying here…once heading east and once heading west. Very easy and convenient to supermarkets, gas and restaurants. Several other campers. Trash cans in parking lot. Dedicated pet area and temporary corrals for larger animals. Looked like there may be a dump station but we didn’t check it out.

This is an easy overnight if you’re tired from driving and need to stop for the night. Loud highway noise but it’s free and if you’re hungry you can get a tasty meal. We checked out the Arkansas Welcome Center down the road and would stay there next time since it’s a larger parking area and more convenient off the highway if heading westbound.
