Not Well Maintained But Close To Store And Highway. Surprisingly Quiet. Some Campers In The Lower Lot Looked A Little Sketchy. Otherwise Ok. Bathrooms Need Painting But Ok And Were Being Cleaned As We Pulled In. Some Guy Near Us Was Sanding And Cutting On The Inside Of His Trailer On A Sunday Afternoon.

Basically a gravel fairgrounds parking lot, but convenient. A safeway and many restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful campsite. Bring your ear plugs because the aite is near the railroad tracks. Take the site furthest from the tracks and back in so your bed is furthest from the noise. Beautiful moonrise. VERY close to town (7 minutes)

This site really is best for camper vans and or tent camping. The junipers have grown over the roadways and make access difficult. There are around six good sites but the access to them has steep hills and gullies. Otherwise a delightful place. The creek was running strong in May 2018 and provided background music to coverup the highway noise. Slept very well. Picked up a large black garbage bag full of trash. Suggest campers help keep the site clean for those that follow. Let’s leave the campsite better than we found it.
No Verizon coverage, but just a few feet down the road toward town there was three bars.

The crows greeted us upon arrival midday. The sites are well spaced, clean and there are plenty if trees for shade. The city does a great job keeping the area ckean. Trash cans at every site.

Graveled area, full hookups, donation box. There is a play area for kids, picnic spot, ball park and a swimming pool in the summer. There is a large covered area if you had your own chairs you could sit under there too. Would stay again.
