We stayed 2 nights in the free, dry-camping area. There are about 15 spaces not marked (see the map). Stay is limited to four nights, per 12 month period, per vehicle.
The other areas include 11 (50 amp) electrical only sites for $17 per night, and 5 full hook-up sites (30 amp) for $23 per night. Payments are made via payment envelopes and deposited at the office in the Events Center Building. Payments are expected at the beginning of your stay.
There is a free RV dump with potable water on site.
The full hook-up sites were full when we arrived and some looked like long-stay people. The free camping area and electrical sites are part of the County Fair parking lot and heavily used on weekends and during the fair and special events. Space may be limited.
There is a shopping center within walking distance. More Info: https://www.latah.id.us/fair/rv-info.php

Number 8 power does not work.
$17 for electric, $28 for water and electric.
Basically a gravel fairgrounds parking lot, but convenient. A safeway and many restaurants within walking distance.

Used the dry camping sites, so no charge. There also are electric only and full hook up, see previous reviews. Gravel lot, very quiet and peaceful, dump station and potable water available too. 4 day limit, perfect spot to visit a student going to the university. Dry sites are sunny, good for solar. Only 4 stars for site quality because you’re definitely not in a natural setting. Right in downtown Moscow.

This area has some free dry-camp parking, some electric sites (fee), and about 5 paved full hook-up sites (fee). RV dump is onsite. I don't think there is a toilet unless the fairgrounds building is open. There is a shady park adjoining the fair grounds and a grocery store across the street. Generally a quiet residential area, but can be a very active area if there is an event at the fairgrounds. Good for an overnight stay or if you are in town for a few days.

We stayed in the dry camping area which is free for up to 4 nights. The location was great because it was right in town, next to a Safeway, and had a nice dump station anyone could use for a suggested donation of $5 that goes to the Lions Club.
The dry camping area is next to the ice rink and backs up to a large field which was great for us to run the dogs, it seemed like that’s what a lot of the locals did to but everyone was courteous and picked up after their animals which was nice to see. There was a lot of foot traffic going in and out of the fairgrounds and by our trailer, mostly joggers, bike riders, and people with their kids but I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything out just in case the wrong kind of person passed by.

Wasn't really sure what to expect, but we took a chance. We just needed a place to stay the night as we travel from A to B and this was what we picked. Couldn't be happier. We didn't need any hookup so it was free. Quiet area and only one other rig in the place. It basically a gravel lot next to a lawn but that's all we needed. At the free sites, there is a limit of 4 nights per 12 month period and no reservations. Tent camping is NOT allowed
The do have some paid sites that run $23 for Full Hookups (water, sewer and electric), or $17 for Electric only.
Pretty much any size rig will fit here. We have a 32'6" fifth wheel. The other rig here is a Class A MH.

Great little find. We didn’t use the dump facilities, but they were available. Fairgrounds had full hook-ups, partial hook-ups, and for free you can dry camp. I read dry camping was for 4 days only. Beautiful little place, across the street were a Safeway and a Hardware Store. If every county had a place like this it would be awesome.

Just a heads up. I camped the night of August 12, 2020 and the next day while I was away from the tent I camp back to a paper attached that said tent camping is not allowed. Cool spot otherwise. The gyro shop in town is very tasty. Well it’s 7PM and now I gotta drive to the Spring Valley Reservoir and hope tent camping will be allowed there! The weird thing is they definitely have public bathrooms, I used it just before setting up my tent. I guess sleeping in your fancy RV is higher class than a tent hahaha. Long live tent camping!

We camped here one night and had electricity but no water because of potential freezing. Great facilities, clean, and easy to get to.

No one to check in, fill out envelope for what option you chose and deposit money. Put the detachable part on your dash/window. 4 night max. Lots of potable water spigots around the campgrounds to fill up with hose or without. Some sites have both types of electrical hook plug ins, some don’t, so pay attention to what you need! Restrooms available in events center and a porta potty near the full hook up spots. Grass areas to walk dogs, relatively quiet.
