Friendly, helpful staff! Clean bathrooms. Wide, easy spots, Most all are gravel spots. Easy Access From The Freeway. We needed to stock up on some things and shopping which was not to far. Quite of bit of road noise from trucks (engine brakes most noticeable). Overall a very nice spot for a overnight or two if using I-20.

Clean gravel park with open access and wide spots. Laundry room was clean and machines operated well. Easy access to I-10. It’s a no frills park. There appears to be a daily and monthly section. We extended our stay one night with no problems. I could see this place being harsh if the west Texas wind starts to blow real hard.

It was our second time, first was in the fall with the trees in color. Now with them all green. It is a very pretty area. We needed a spot for overnight on a Saturday and they could fit us in. The place was full. The site we had was pretty level, but was gravel. Already plan to come back on our return west. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is not right off the freeway. Access directions were sent via text after booking. Last couple of miles are dirt road with broken pavement patches. Slowed down and took it easy with no problems.

Spent one night. Check in was easy. Staff was helpful. Spots were gravel, level and wide. Some spots have concrete patios with chairs and wall for separation. Road noise from freeway & train can get loud. Price listed for $30 is incorrect. $60 without KOA membership.
