Fairly level, we were able to jockey the RV to find the sweet spot.
Not much else to say. Safe, clean, convenient. Veteran discount saved me $4.

We needed work done on our RV and wanted full hook ups before we brought our rig next door to Camping World. So we popped for the fee and drove into a full hook-up site on gravel, no greenery. This is one giant parking lot, level and clean, with what seems like a section for full timers. The park has a playground, a dog park full of poop in one corner, but spacious, and a small laundry I never looked at.
If you need a no frills place to spend the night on your travels and want the hook ups, this is as good as any. Paid $40 and spent one minute driving over to Camping World in the morning. AT&T cell service and no trees so easy Direct TV access with local channels.

Needed a longer term spot and safe spot to leave trailer empty for a bit. Reasonable monthly rate which includes electric and WIFI was good. Is just a large parking lot, but we are in the desert, why waste water on unnatural vegetation. Nice large, long, wide spots. We did not mind the lack of amenities as we generally don't use them anyway. Laundry has 4 washers/dryers and was clean and reasonable. 2 showers/bathrooms, were clean. New owners a year ago and they have big plans. Office staff and other campers friendly. Easy pull thrus and can leave car hooked up behind, many over nighters coming and going. If you are coming down from New Mexico on 10 exit 1 is hard to locate and would require a tight turn at the cross over (which is really a cross under the highway). Exit 1 looks just like a sign for the rest area only. Would suggest go to exit 2 and then go left across the highway bridge and turn on what looks like the entrance ramp to 10 West, but stay on the frontage road. Located right behind Camping world so convenient for repairs etc. Decent grocery store at Exit 0 if you need to supply. If you are there for a couple days take the Transmountain road, beautiful drive. Did the Border Patrol Museum and Holocaust Museum in El Paso, both worth the visit. Did the mountain Tram also, fun. Las Cruces NM had great Farmers Market on Sat and only 30 min away.

This campground sits on a bluff above Camping World (handy for needed things and propane). It has gravel pull though spots which are fairly level, in fact we easily found the sweet spot without having to do much work. There is a nice size dog park and playground as well.
The WiFi is unsecured/no password needed and we had some problems staying connected to it. But there are four towers onsite, so you just need to find the right one for your location in the park.
The one major drawback/down side is we were the first slot at the top of the hill and in a windstorm did a lot of rockin'. Not the campgrounds fault, but if you are in an ultralight and it is in the windy season, be prepared for some (not so much) fun!

This is our third time staying here for just an overnighter. Always plenty of spots, not crowded here. On site laundry with five washers and four dryers. Very convenient for our trips from Cali to Texas. Clean grounds and well maintained. No vegetation which we didn’t need. Three sewer hook up options on each site and a picnic table. No fires. We will be back.

Great place to stop for a night. friendly staff, bathrooms are ok but I wouldn’t shower in them. I would stay again. We got a %10 discount for paying in cash, forgot to see if they take Good Sam’s. Another site said it use to be a KOA.

It’s a simple RV park in the desert. The sites were huge, level, and well marked. The electricity and sewer were in good locations. It’s a big gravel area but lots of space and enjoyed a nice Texas sunset. The laundry was clean and inexpensive. The woman checking us in was friendly. We would stay here again no problem. It was also quiet despite its vicinity to I-10.

Will caveat our review with the fact that El Paso doesn’t see the type of weather that rolled through while we were there. Freezing temperatures and a couple inches of snow.
That being said, I felt their customer service was pretty bad. Our water froze - response - sorry we don’t know when the maintenance guy will be here. Wifi not working - response - sorry don’t know when it will be fixed. Request for a partial refund due to experience - response - we don’t do any refunds.
It’s a gravel lot with glass broken and dog poop everywhere. Wasn’t pleasant while walking the dog. We very gladly will not be back through El Paso anytime soon.
