Pulled in for the night was put right behind the office. 15 yards or less away from a very busy road lots of truck traffic the whole time I was there. Not a place you want to go if you want a quiet nights sleep. Just a big gravel lot with hook ups no other amenities. There’s better choices nearby. Price of $30.00 dollars was not worth it

Pros level sites clean bathroom and shower close to services in Bryan.
Cons 2 sets of rules for dogs if they like you you can tie your dog up and leave it bark nonstop all day and you can fence in your dog on the grass and if they like you you can leave your dog off leash I was told within 2 minutes of letting my dog out of camper to put it on a leash but don’t put your grill anywhere near the grass you will be told to move it. Also the morality police make sure you don’t do anything that they don’t like. The camp is full of bigots so if you have dark skin be on your best behavior or the above morality police will do everything they can to make your stay unpleasant I paid for the month but left 7 days early also the dog “ park “ is a joke

For the price not worth it far to walk to services it looks like city might pay to house the homeless at motel there were a few obvious junkies in the courtyard and stray dogs someone feeds on other side of motel. Looks like a third of camp with full time campers rest of camp mostly empty. If you have a dog watch where you go anytime we went on the grass I had to pick out half a dozen sand burrs. Level sites FHU Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect for me so not a good deal. Not much noise from highway other then a few Jake brakes

Not a place if you want a quiet night sleep. Right next to the highway and train tracks train went through 3 times during the night. Horn sounded like it was right next to the campground. Very clean wash room and shower. Over priced for just the night

A great city park on the lakeside. Very quiet with lots of space between sites 14 total sites. 7 with full hook up the others are electric only. I was the only one there there was another rig there but no one came back to it while I was there. Disc golf course boat ramp and plenty of space to walk/run my dog. A far walk to get into town but a grocery store 1/2 mile away. 10$ per night 100$ a week 200$ for a month how can you beat that

If I was going to stay in Texas this is where I would make my new home. Very large city park with half a dozen year round campers I imagine it would get full in the summer. A little highway noise but not too bad. The only drawback is no sewer hookup. Also 1 camper let’s there pit bull out in the morning and it roams freely with no collar or supervision. I said something to workers they pretty much shrugged it off
