Used to be Best Western. Remodeled and nice Capitol reef NP view at patio. Beds are very tall, room has refrigerator and microwave. Free continental breakfast with apple and oranges.
Small national park with well paced the drive loop to see the three nature bridges. The park ranger is really knowledgeable for local history We came back 5 minutes after the closing, the park ranger opened the door and get the kids junior ranger paper signed off. Really appreciated his accommodation.
Very small park, fir the view outlook. View is really nice, worth for quick stop when you have time.
Not very big sign to enter a Dirt road loop. SUV is recommended for uneven dirt road. Amazing view. Very few car when we visited before the new year. Amazing, peaceful and spiritual. You can see monument valley from distance
Nice View from distance on the 17 mile scenic drive. You can't get there unless with an local Indian tour
We drove MDX to the 17 mike scenic route. The dirt road is smooth and we saw many sedan force on it as well. Entrance is $20 per car for 4 people. Age 9 or under is free. We took the horse ride at the John Wayne 's inspiration point. The price was negotiable. We also hiked the 3.8 mile wildcat trail in the sunset around Mittens. Highly recommended
Fantastic and unique geology. Must see! We came after Xmas. The weather was cold but sunny. Recommended to drive SUV as there is a lot of dirt road in UT high way. Make sure fill up the tank when you pass a good size town.
This is 20 miles from monument valley if both the View and Goulding are full. It is economic motel. basic and clean, two queen beds were comfortable, shower was cold around 8pm maybe too many people were using at the time, next morning was warm. Check in was fast. free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV with Showtime movie channels and coffee-making facilities, also has complementary breakfast , biscuits and hot sausage gravy, only small Apple provided for fruit.
Amazing landscape and short easy hike loop. Would spend more time here next time.
