Everyone bashed on this beach in the reviews but my group went anyway.. It was sooooooooo pretty!!!!! There is plenty of sea glass even though smaller and more sparse than shown on the artsy pictures on google. We saw sea lions for the first time!! Even though it was somewhat busy; we spent more time than we should have, picking, what felt like, tiny diamonds, emeralds, and rubies out of the sand.

It was a 10$ entry fee. But worth the famous photo op. Not the largest trees in the lil drive thru park, they’re still super spectacular! The gift shop was pretty cute also

Great spot for free dispersed camping near Lake Tahoe. It was very hard to find free camping around but this lil rose mountain was super pretty and accommodating.
