If you don't mind being away from it all, this is a hard place to beat. The hot springs are great, the surroundings are beautiful, the place if cool with lots of interesting nooks and crannies. They occasionally have music and other things going on, I missed a music night by one night. While here, there were evenings when I had the springs to myself, other times locals coming in and out but its never been crowded. Very few campers here in October, at least during the week. The sky was clear for this stay and at night the stars are amazing.
Reservations are a bit awkward,
Verizon works very well, but to get a reasonable upload speed I had to turn on the booster.

This is a nice little roadside motel with rv park. We're here at the tail end of some updates, looks like new infrastructure (electric/water/sewer), grass laid, new tables, etc. They've put in nice roadways and gravel pads that are not visible on google sat. The FHU sites are all close to the road, and beyond that the rail tracks. If the noise doesn't bother you, it's a nice spot with river access. It seems there is not an engine break rule for the semis here. All the river sites are electric+water.
FHU Sites 6-8 are a bit tight to get into with a 28' trailer, probably better suited to shorter units.
Measured 15mb up and down on Verizon, similar with AT&T (no booster).

This is just a really nice little park, perfect for a visit into Portland or down to the beach. It's tucked back behind a neighborhood of nice homes and is next to a tidal marsh. Very pretty, very quiet. I will definitely keep this on my list in case we come back through the area.
Our spot backed up to a view of the marsh, though I'd go for site 24 next to us if possible. It's more level and larger. Any site backing up to the marsh will have very nice views.
Water pressure is high (initially showed 100psi), be sure you have a pressure regulator.
For work, AT&T isn't getting any real LTE bandwidth even though the signal is strong. Verizon on the other hand is getting 35mb/down and 7mb/up.

In SF for work. While there is another RV park with better access to BART, the tradeoff here is a MUCH better view and walk-ability to stores and restaurants. It's a bit of a parking lot, no space to drop your awning. Facilities are clean. AT&T data coverage is awesome, Verizon data coverage is good. Pricey, but so are the few other RV parks that have convenient downtown access.

Nice spot for beach access. For working fulltimers, AT&T has excellent coverage, Verizon not so much.

Redding downtown is kind of sleepy in certain ways, while at other times there were bands playing at various venues. Some reasonably good restaurants and breweries. Biking is great from this location as well. The park itself is nice enough and well located. I'd visit Redding again if the opportunity came up.
Surprisingly the LTE bandwidth on any service was rather limited even with the booster, but the connection was solid. I was able to stream and do video conferencing with only rare voiping. I think it's because it's kind of down in the river area with bluffs around it, but it could be a lack of cell towers.

If you can get a waterfront site, those look great, but more$$. There are two dry camping spots that are well situated. We arrived without reservations and got a spot for a night, but with the Jazz and Blues festivals over the next two weeks, very little in the region is available.
Verizon bandwidth is bad, especially upload (5Mbps/0.25Mbps), but AT&T working great. Booster improved AT&T bandwidth to 17Mbps/7Mbps from 15Mbps/3Mbps. Addendum: moved over one spot (to 315) and AT&T bumped to 40Mbs/20Mbs without boosting. Others here have reported poor Verizon speeds as well.

Just arrived at this little gem of a park and initial impressions are great. Aside from giant spaces well reviewed previously, I'm hitting 17Mbps/7Mbps down/up boosted on AT&T. I actually got better down but terrible up (<1Mbps) unboosted. Verizon seems spotty here, but if I messed with it more maybe it would improve.

In several years of full time traveling, I've never experienced coughing due to the amount of smoke from campfires. Spaces tend to be large, the campground is nice and convenient, but in the evenings there is a layer of smoke throughout the area from the couple hundred camp fires.

We've stayed here twice using an RPI membership.
It's pretty close (short bike/walk) to Birch Bay which has a couple nice little restaurants and hangout place. Sunsets are worth the walk.
There are two areas, one with trees, one without. We stayed in the trees.
The sites are setup in a 4-plex so you're right next to other campers, but otherwise the sites are a reasonable size. No real privacy between sites.
It costs money at this park for visitors to come in. Kind of awkward when trying to have family in the area visit.
Cell Access is limited, but with a booster I was able to work and use video conferencing for meetings.
