This is a gem right off the highway. The owners were friendly helpful and took great care of the park. Gravel well graded spots in a park like setting. Clean facilities. Enjoyed this lovely park !

This park was just ok. Sites were small as was the road inside the park. A little tight for our rig. Park looked a little run down. At $41, I was hoping for a little more. We stayed only 2 nights while we played in Crystal River.

Compared to some other parks in the area, this was clean, roomy, and quiet. The parks closer to Louisville, on the south side of the bridge, were mostly parking lots. And this one was closer (halfway) to Bardstown, making some destinations more doable for day tripping; southern Bourbon trail locations and Lincoln’s childhood homes for example. KOA is never the cheapest and sometimes overpriced for what you get, but when you get close to “urban” locations, the choices slim down considerably.

I really liked this park. Lots of space between the sites, easy to navigate, gravel and level pads. A really nice park with a good vibe. Easy access to Pensacola too and somewhat cheaper in price than many other parks in the region. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Can’t believe the city only charges $19 for a Ltd hook up site. Full hook up is only $23! Beautiful campground, really large sites that are spread out, easy access, no noise. A great campground for a great price, and easy access to theme parks.

If you can dry camp, this is really a beautiful campground. And there were a number of sites that we could have fit our 37’ 5th wheel in. Excellent value for the money!! No cell service in the campground but no problem just down the road

It’s a parking lot!! That said; felt very safe, opened some slides, had very little noise. However, definitely skip the casino
