Well maintained park. Grass watered nightly. Led to site. A little dusty. A little more gravel or pavement in dusty areas would fix.
Site 50 was very nice. It is the wider sites. The others are too narrow for me.
I also like the slat fence for privacy. Other campgrounds should adopt the slat fence.
Many elk in the area. One walked right into our campsite. Just stay your distance and they are fun to watch.
Suggest also a few more trees for shade in summer.

Park is nice but needs maintenance.

Gravel is too small. Tracks inside tents and RV.

Too much loud outside music.

Saw one site with drunks and loud music.

Some trash not being picked up and in fire pits.

Had to find a spot after failing to get into Lake Powhatan.

This park is probably the best one in Maggie Valley but not my cup of tea.

Too many loud cycles on the road and loud children.

Suppose to be a 55+ park.

Wifi worked maybe 80% of time.

Site 10E looks right into your neighbor. Bad design. Low spruce hedge would help between sites. Asked camp maintenance worker if I could place mulch that was piled up opposite the camp in muddy area in front of door. He handed me a shovel and bags and said get it yourself. I did it myself. Many areas need mulch or gravel. Only other complaint toooo many dogs barking. One dog left in RV barked nonstop for hours two days. These are just recommendations. Park is best in middle of park. Near all major sites to see.

We took a chance on site 51.

We tried to get our 30 foot TT into this site 3 times but with a ditch on one side and trees at the front I didn’t want to chance any damage. Left park and found a park in Maggie Valley.

This site has negative reviews and I thought they were overstated but they were correct.

Nice park. Just fix some of the small issues.
