TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE

We were brought to our site by an employee in a gold cart. We were next to the industrial park where they blasted profane rap music until 9:00 pm or so. I went and spoke with the front desk about it and they were very kind and said they would contact the owner of the neighboring job site but could not move me since they were full. I signed all of the papers and left with my leaflet of rules that I would soon read outside of our camper while my 8 month old son napped inside.

We were warned by the neighboring trailer to not walk your dog up on the hill behind the park. There had been at least three or four dogs that had died from rattlesnake bites. Long term guests have pleaded with the management to address this and warn others but they have not.

On our second day I receive a call from the office saying that I forgot to sign the forms for our site. I said they must be mistaken since I had gone in and signed everything. She then sees the mistake, apologizes saying this is what happens when she gets a day off. I laugh it off with her and go on my with my family to have dinner with my brother in law and his family whom we hadn’t seen in 4 years. 45 minutes later while we are at dinner I get called again. I am told that our camper is in the wrong spot and that we have to come move it immediately or it will be towed. I told her I did not understand since we were literally driven to her site by the site attendant. We stood on it as he took our information and my husband backed into it. He adamantly offered no assistance for backing up siting insurance reasons. I also told her that we have dash cam footage of this as well. For any fellow campers, moving a travel trailer for one night on a hill of a site at night with babies is not an easy thing. I told her we would be leaving in the morning and can there not be something that can be done that wouldn’t include us moving the camper. She got off the phone to speak with the owner, got back on and immediately said our camper would be towed if we don’t come immediately.

We dropped everything and ran to get in the car and return to the camper. I have an asthmatic infant who had medication in the camper and all I could think of was them tampering with something and towing our camper and my baby not having access to his medication.

After the way my husband and I were so rudely spoken to by the staff, I called the police and requested that we had a police presence when we arrived. There was no telling what this woman would do. My husband started packing up the camper and kids and I was okay leaving and not saying anything until I saw that my leaflet with the rules, with my credit card receipt and my contract through them was missing from the chair I had sat in while the baby napped. Now livid I ask the police office to escort me to the office.

The manager apparently believed that after being told there were no other spaces available to move away from the loud music I had my husband move our trailer two spaces over on the same hill, facing the same industrial park. I told her my papers were missing and she said they must have blown away. We had known from the neighbors that the manager and the boss had been coming to our site but we were not there all day. On one of those trips she took the papers. She denied this in front of the police officer and I asked her again and she said she would go inside to show us what she found on the site. She came back out with my papers but had ripped off the costumer copy of the credit card receipt.

DO NOT STAY HERE! These people ran a small family with babies out in the night with not a care in the world. Thank the lord we had a place we could go and lord help those that don’t.
