If you go anytime in the near future it is completely under construction, and covered in scaffolding. We couldn't see any of it.
We stayed in the train car village. It was cool for a night but glad it was just one night. The food and service at their restaurant was horrible, our waiter told us that he was hired on the spot and Im pretty sure he also was helping to cook our food.
We only had a few hrs to spend but would love to go back for more. It was breathtaking but the traffic was absolutely horrible and we had to fight for parking spots at the visitor center.
This place was absolutely wonderful. We stayed at their Roadhouse and were able to get a 2 hour guided tour of the sanctuary and meet many of the animals. Just be aware that not all of the animals are on the tour ( birds/ rabbits/ horses). If you want to meet any of these animals you have to book a private tour. Overall an amazing place!
IT was ok! I don't think I would see it again. It was kind of fake looking and things were remade to make it accessible and lots of walking paths. We walked through the whole thing in like 20 min
Super cool! Highly recommend one of the tours that are available from the visitor center. Lots of history about the area.
We loved pikes place Market. All of the yummy food. Also the flowers were gorgeous!
Amazing views...well worth the money ($29). However if you don't do elevation changes well...you may feel a little sick by the top. You gain 4,000 feet of elevation in 15 min
Very well layed out museum! Somber and informative. I was amazed at how many artifacts they were able to pull together
4 wheel drive recommended, also probably not a good idea in mid winter BUT....The views are breath taking!
