This is free to visit but not to enter the water - the water requires a $9 a person fee and requires reservations - that last 2 hour per group... it was kinda' mose filled and smaller than expected...
We love visiting state capitols and this was very cool! Everyone was really nice too! They have a time capsule that will be opened in 2065 too which my boys we psyched about
We loved this hotel and it's location - we walked to the falls and we could walk to all the tourist trap parts of Clifton Hills! The beds were comfortable and the price was great!
Very cool but crowded and tricky to find but the whole Fremont area may be more fun than anything in downtown Seattle with amazingly cool public art at every turn ( and people are way nicer here than downtown)
This whole area is fun from quirky restaurants to the beach which is an amazing place for finding cool sea shells- parking is tough at the statue but if you are up to walk along the path or beach awhile there is easier parking about a 1/2 mile away along the beach
Take the detour it isn't far off your road $3 for a car to enter park - - if you have time there are trails to hike and picnic area. Clean bathrooms and con sessions with cold drinks! But the view is AWESOMES and minutes homes and a town so it's surprisingly easy to get to - my kids didn't want to leave
This is totally cool but you need 1-2 hours to enjoy it! The Dino garden is worth a drive by at least
Vernal is the coolest place for kids from the museum to the dinosaurs throughout town and the flowers in summer are beautiful - they have fancied up this pink Dino since the last time I was here - worth the quick 5 minute photo stop
If you want a picture it's hard as you must just pull off the highway and the gps on iPhone says it is 10miles after where it actually is
We are Beetle Spider Crazies so we love finding these and this one is GREAT all black and a bit scarier than most - the artist keep good care of his work! It is a 8 minute detour to and from I-80 if you need a short break from the road
