Level site, shaded sites and decent dog run. Better than average KOA. Staff were very helpful. No highway noise and things to do in town walking distance. Showers and BR clean but older.

Friendly camp owners and clean, grassy and level sites. Dog friendly. Near Mena. Showers clean and warm. Some highway nouse.

Stopped here for one night on the way home to Minnesota. Called and got a spot over the phone. We opted for electrical only as we were just staying overnight. This park is adjacent to a mobile home park and there are also a lot of seasonal people as well as it looks like workers from the area. The camp is very clean. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us get a site over the phone. A little noisy in the evening with kids but then was very quiet overnight. You can hear the Hwy noise from the park, so that is the reason for the four-star as well as close quarters. Lots of open grass to walk our dogs.This is a great place to stop overnight, and the site was level. The owner texted out site, and we just came and plugged in. Would stay again. Stayed in a 25 ft Motorhome.

We stayed in a motorbike. There are different camping areas. Some full hook ups that are in an open area as it's a newer campsite, so minimal shade but large spaces p, far apart. Others in shaded large spaces for RVs or tents with just water and then some primitive sites. Swimming , canoe and other rentals, huge park on a big lake in SW MN with bike and hiking trails. Hosts were great and brought information on area events (Laura Ingalls Wilder museum was one) Staff came and fixed our electric. Came back to make sure it was working. Full showers and flush and pit toilets. Very clean. We will be back.

Close to Nashville, this COE campground is small with some of the largest sites we have been to. You do need to back downhill to most sites. Some are right on the lake and need to reserve early for most sites. Clean Bathrooms. Last year we stayed at Poole Knobs also COEand very nice on the same lake. Mosquitoes were out. 90 degrees May 11...

We are here for the second time. The first time we stayed here we were here in November, and we were the only campers in the park. So peaceful.
The park is gorgeous. It sits over 400 feet on bluffs overlooking the Wisconsin River. There’s lots to do with biking, hiking, and some nature programs. The Rangers are very helpful. The non-electric sites overlooking the Bluffs are amazing.
You can hear a train in the distance periodically.

Stayed here on a Thursday night early May so lots of open slots. Right on the huge lake. Clean and groomed open areas. Sites are far apart and almost all with shade. Our site was slanted, as are others, but many are flat. Saw a few lone star ticks, and a few mosquitoes, but it’s a wooded area near a lake. Bathrooms are new and clean with nice showers. Hope to be back.

Uploaded pictures in a previous post . This is a large County Park. Just off of the highway and easy to find. We stopped here on the way down to Nashville. Just for one night. The weather was beautiful. The park is very clean. The host came by to ask if we needed anything as we checked in after the entrance welcome station had closed. Lots of trails to walk with our dogs and a small boat ramp. The park was nearly empty so it was very peaceful. Stayed May 9, 2018. Electric only

Stayed two nights. Its a nice county park with a small campground. No full HUs . Electric only. Short walk to beach house communal showers in newer building. Nice hiking paths.

Here for one night on the way to Arkansas. Our reserved site was taken (no biggie), took another open fcfs site. Bags of garbage on ground, litter and broken glass strewn about. Bathroom locked.
Obviously, there are campers living here FT and a man in his truck(he was not an issue). Two husky mixes tied up in the park not near their camper all night through pouring rain, lightning, and hail. Howling in distress. Called the police and no help. We would have helped but have three large fogs with us. Loud road noise. There is WIFI. Sites are paved but not level. Anither dog left in wire crate in the sun😢
