Back of store and $5 credit card payment. Very convenient.
Great KOA! We were passing through Nashville on our way back from North Carolina, and wanted to enjoy the city. This KOA is very clean, with lots of things to do on property. They had a great little dog park that allowed our pups to get some good exercise before we headed to Broadway for the day. The best perk of all was the $10 shuttle to Broadway. It picked up at the campground on the hour. Parking on Broadway is limited and VERY expensive, so this was perfect for us. We've stayed in hotels in Nashville in the past, but we will probably always go this route in the future. It's too convenient. Even though this is an expensive campground, it's a fraction of what it would cost for a hotel near Broadway.

My husband was a little suspect driving the road to the campsites, but once we made it we were thrilled with the campsite and view! Right on the North Rim. Quiet and gorgeous. It was a full moon when we were there and seeing it come up over the canyon was spectacular. It is very remote, so make sure you have everything you need because the drive for provisions is long. There is a small store on the main road, but other than that not much. You are close to the North Rim entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. Also, I wouldn't recommend falling and breaking your wrist like I did. The nearest hospital is Kanab, UT (60 plus miles), so be careful! Our goal is to make it back here, since our stay was cut short!!

This KOA is right off 90. We stayed here for 2 nights and explored the town of Billings. The campground is just minutes from downtown Billings. It's a clean and modern KOA with a lot a amenities, especially if you have kids. We were here after Labor Day, so the restaurant was closed, but that didn't matter to us. There are a couple of trails that take you down to the Yellowstone River. It was nice to take the dogs walking along the river.

My husband stayed here for 7 weeks in the fall while on business in the Champaign area. Instead of staying in the subpar hotels in the area, he decided to hook up our airstream and stay at this cozy little campground. Sites are large, campground owner was very friendly and helpful. My husband was gone for long hours at a time, and knew the campground manager was looking out. Very close to Champaign and very popular for U of I home games. I came and visited with our dogs and was very happy with the pretty walking trail around the lake. Its right of 57, so a very convenient pass through location, as well.

Like others, we originally tried to get into Dead Horse State Park, but it was full. We really enjoyed our stay here. The sites are very large and there are trails right off the campground for hiking etc. The campsites along the edge have unobstructed views of the desert landscape. The campground is just a few minutes from Canyonlands National Park. It's a little further to drive to Arches National Park, but we used this as our base for both parks. It's also near a Dark Sky area, so the night sky is spectacular. We had service if we walked to the entrance of the campground, but nothing at our actual campsite.

We've been wanting to stay here for awhile. I'm so glad we finally made it. Great location. Close to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. It was nice to have hiking trails right off the campground. The views were amazing, as were the sunsets! I liked that it only has 17 spots for RVs, so it's a really quiet setting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. Each site has it's own trash container, that was emptied frequently. No need to lug garbage to a dumpster. We will definitely go back. I'm sure it's quite spectacular in the fall.

This was actually our 3rd time staying here. It's on the west side of Turquoise Lake, so less crowded and more quiet than the other campgrounds on the east side of the lake. Site 18 is our absolute favorite site! You can't see anyone else and its extremely quiet. We were able to walk to the lake for fly fishing and kayaking. The Turquoise Lake trail (right off the campground) is moderate and has beautiful views of the lake. You are also near hiking trails off Hagerman Pass and near the trailhead of Timberline Trail with access to the Colorado Trail. You are about 10 miles from Leadville, so it is a little drive to go into town, but we don't mind that. The camp hosts are lovely and all facilities were spotless. There are vault toilets and potable water access. Cell service at our site was not good, but on the other side of the road we could get 4G with 3 bars.

Giant City is a beautiful state park with a lot of activities from fishing, horseback riding and hiking to rock climbing. The campground is well shaded and has large campsites. Giant City Lodge has a great restaurant and my husband LOVED the all you can eat fried chicken on Sunday:) This campground is also in close proximity to the Southern Illinois Wine Trail where you can enjoy many wineries. Try Blue Sky. It's one of our favorites!

At exactly 8am 6 months prior I booked our lake front site. It was so beautiful, and I'm glad I made the reservation. The campground is crowded, but our site was large and somewhat private. The sunsets were spectacular, as were the stars. You are only about a mile from a Dark Sky area, so the stars are incredible. Just a few miles to catch the Ferry for Mackinac Island, so I highly recommend doing so.
