Basic set up. Plenty of room for pull throughs. No online reservation - emailed for same day availability. Noise from trains and I-80 pretty significant.
Pretty nice as far as State Parks go - and probably the nicest in Green River since there are frees and grass - and there is a park/playing area nearby. Tight quarters but doable (we have a 21ft trailer).
Very nice campground - not much for shade as it's basically in a field. Super quiet and friendly. We approached from the north so didn't even realize there is a River area with activities like kayaking etc. Not much for supplies at the campground - good store in Mission if you need supplies.
Nice, extremely clean, full service KOA just south of Rochester off 90 but far enough so you don't have traffic noise. Nice playground and pool area - we didn't use since it was in the low 40s at night. Highly recommend.
Beautiful facilities!
Really short hike, lots of visitors need to be patient to wait for good pic without kids/people. No railings or safety features.
Beautiful! Takes about 30-45 min to talk the main Lobby/grounds.
VERY clean and efficient! Can't say much more because we were there less than 10 hours. But that's exactly what we needed when weather impacted our original plans and we were looking for a full hookup for our rental 31'RV. Most places we were calling weren't answering at 8pm and were not even taking online reservations any more. For rookie RV-ers it was a delight when our reservation was accepted and they answered our message. Everything looks fully renovated. Pristine.
Short hike for those in decent shape. No railings which is a pro and a con. Took me an hour to get close to the edge - which is the only way you can see the entire loop of the horseshoe. Really amazing. Frustrating to see kids running around - if you can go early or later to avoid crowds.
