Not exactly what I expected, but still worth a stop if you are planning on passing by. It is very conveniently located, right near the start of the scenic route 128 to Moab.

RMNP is too gorgeous for words, it is awe-inspiring at the least. There are so many trails to explore, but I often found myself wanting to just pick a secluded, high-up spot and soak it all in. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Nothing more invigorating than putting your face close to the roaring water. A wonderful place to linger, bring a snack and enjoy the view.

So much to do, and all wonderful. Hanging Lake is a must.
