Nice RV park, right along a stream. Limited showers (pretty gross), but decent laundry. About an hour from the park entrance, depending on the line to get in. Close to town and grocery store. Dirt sites with limited grass.
Nice park, super close to Disneyland. We took the city bus most days, Uber once for $10, cheaper than taking a family of 4 on the bus. Front office is friendly and helpful. Sites are close, but all concrete, which is nice after weeks in dust/dirt RV parks. Down side is limited washer/dryers. A lot are out of commission. Half of the showers are also out of commission and the ones that works either don’t drain or have the worst shower heads. I imagine they do that so you resign to showering in your RVs, but it stinks with kids. Overall a good stay, but I wish they would fix the showers.
Okay RV park, no grass, only dirt. Showers aren’t bad. Close to the small town. Good place to stop in the middle of nowhere.
Never found the RV sites. Found tent sites with a pit toilet nearby. Decided to boondock. Pretty park, too bad we never found the campsite!
Is now called the Candy Beach RV park
This was the surprise hit of a cross country trip. Kind of a mixture of escape room and a scavenger hunt. Great stop to get some energy out for the kids with climbing, slides and tunnels to explore. It was even fun for us as adults! Our 10 yr old had a blast and the 3 yr old loved the climbing and exploring! I really recommend this to anyone looking for something to do as you pass through or even if you are visiting on a rainy day! Such a fun idea and even better execution!
A fun little stop. The kids liked the break and took some photos with the elephant. It's fun if you make it a thing across the US, so it was a good one to add to the collection of random large sculptures!
Nice RV park with plenty of things to do with the kids. There is a playground and mini golf course and an adequate pool. The best part is the location. Super convenient to all of the attractions in the area.
A complete bust. If your kids are obsessed with dinosaurs, it might be worth it, if they like to read about them. Otherwise it was overpriced and a big letdown. We didn't go to the reptile gardens, but I wish we had instead of the Dino museum. Better attractions to spend your money on.
