We stopped not knowing what to expect, but needed to dump, and preferably on our way home and this was the place. Dump station was very clean, garbage was very full, but it was also a Sunday afternoon. There is a $10 dump fee. Fee is paid by credit card only. Once payment is received the cover plate over the sewer opening is released for one minute, just enough time to get started. No potable water.

This place was pretty cool for us. The whole place was pretty level. There was a fair amount dump truck traffic through there but we got used to it. We were parked as far away from the road as possible so it wasn't too bad. It is an easy drive to both national parks from there.
There are garbage cans there but if they are full please don't leave a garbage bag on the ground outside of the containers. Someone did that and the scavengers made a huge mess of it. My wife helped the park service person clean it up.

Other than having to drive up the washboard road, it was a great location to stay at and easy access for walking, biking, or truck access. It was a too rutted and sloped for my liking to take the 24’ trailer.

Dump station is located at gas pump 26. It’s a big lot, but while dumping traffic could get blocked. It seemed like a bit of an odd set-up to us.
Dump is free, restrooms clean. Lots of options if you’re hungry.
This gas station was very easy to pull in and out of. There is also a dump station with potable water. That was also easy in and out too.
We stayed here this last weekend and overall enjoyed our stay. Sites are close together, but access to Seal Rock and Newport are great and fit the our needs for the weekend. My only complaint is that the wifi did not work well at all. I was able to use it for a few minutes, and then it would stall out. My husband experienced the same issue.
We both have Verizon and we both had terrible service here.

Very simple, clean, easy access off of 1-84. No one else in line.
We stopped to get gas, propane, and dump. After we saw the price of gas we choose to move on. Gas was approx 50% more than the gas station just a few miles down the road. Dump was $10.
We would not stop here again.
Dump is very clean and has water to flush / clean-up with. There is no potable water though.
Very easy in and out. Dump is on the right side (South side) of the road as you drive in. Would certainly stop here again.
This was our first trip here. We enjoyed the campground, the hosts were very nice too. Spots are very close to each other, I would only stay if we could have a spot close to the water. The back spots do have hookups, but no view.
No campfires are allowed here. The kids enjoyed the water a lot. There are showers and restrooms available as well.
