The Sinclair Station in Rufus offers a dump station and fresh fill for $10. Propane is also available. Access to the dump station itself could be better: you may have to back in if there are lots of cars in the parking lot. Station attendants were pleasant & helpful.
I asked the manager at this Sinclair station, who told me the water is not potable, not drinkable.
We stopped to get gas, propane, and dump. After we saw the price of gas we choose to move on. Gas was approx 50% more than the gas station just a few miles down the road. Dump was $10.
We would not stop here again.
Gas is very expensive compare to Pilot, next exit.
Water is 15 and you can only get up to 10 gallons.
Dump is 15.
