Parking was expensive for just looking out a tower and seeing a plaque, we didn't end up doing this and instead went to the beach. I don't feel like we really missed out on much though. Easy to find though.

It's ok for a short pit stop. Beautiful view of the Missouri River from the view deck. Actual memorial has fence around it. Can't touch it.

I have lived around this area and never noticed it until today. it isnt so noticable from the highway.
