If you've ever googled Scottish landmarks, you've probably heard of these mythical horses and their interesting background. We didn't get to see them lit up at night (way cooler at night) but we enjoyed walking around the night park area near them. Definitely worth the stop as they're just off the motorway.
This castle is worth the stop. It isn't big or terribly glamorous but it's history is fascinating and the museum inside is very well done and presented.
Fantastic park! Paved sidewalks are nice and wide, perfect for walks, runs, and strolls. Lots of ball and soccer fields, a big hill, and a dog park-- plenty of space for everyone.
We were nearby for a wedding and this was a great side trip. The bride and groom took their wedding photos here too-- lovely falls.
A quick photo op stop, this is just a business's sign mounted on a building.
A bit of a detour to find but a lovely little hike and beautiful scenery. Worth the stop if you're nearby.
