We camped here one night on our way to look at bluebonnets. It’s a lovely campground but there’s no TV the bathroom and showers are way far away from where we camped and old and outdated and there’s no trash pick up. We did look out on a flock of sheep grazing which was very relaxing but felt like we didn’t get very much for the money. Most of the people camping there lived there. And I think the others were all going to the magnolia silos.

We thought for $80 a night we would get something really special. Granted the old oaks are lovely the sites are beautiful well spaced but there’s nothing to set it apart there are two bathrooms for over 100 sites. It appears that this is a vacation destination - most of these campers have set up a little areas with their plants and patios I felt like I was intruding.
