Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on February 13, 2021This is our second time staying at this RV Park. It is clean, well landscaped and professionally run. They accept Passport America Monday-Thursday, which is how we found them.
Sites are gravel, full hookups, and have grass and trees separating them. There are several dog walk areas. A clean laundry room, bathrooms and showers, and full time maintenance and desk staff on site. My favorite thing about this RV Park is that they have recycling here which is rare in the state of Texas. Written by Amy

This is a big park with lots of mature trees, so almost every spot will spend much of the day in the shade. The spots are plenty big. Even though you are in the middle of the metro area, while you are in the RV park you could convince yourself you are at a state park.
About 2/3 of the spots are permanent residents, and many of the rest of snowbird regulars, so the people are very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is not about the park, but the area and the lack of sidewalks. We like to walk or bike, but the roads around the park are narrow with no sidewalks. The only place to walk is over to the nearby Target and shopping areas -- very convenient, but not great for a relaxing walk.
Internet was decent most of the time.
Overall, I highly recommend this place.
PS, if you need auto work, avoid Dan's Auto just a few miles away. Total scam artists.

Wonderful park near shopping and restaurants but quiet and peaceful. Lots of trees which can be a challenge for satellite access but several were using. Cable available. Big rig friendly with majority pull throughs. Many high end long term residents who are very welcoming. Nice areas to walk dogs and neat path to smaller dog park. Easily assesibke from freeway.

Well run, clean and quiet RV park in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Ample, and we mean ample, shopping, restaurants and amenities nearby. Easy access to I-20. Some spaces may be a little tightly spaced, but we had no complaints. The other guests we met were friendly. The WiFi was fine for email and web surfing, but not for streaming. We did not hook up the cable TV because we were able to get a satellite signal . But due to trees, most will either not be able to use satellite or need to set up a tripod. Would stay again. In fact, we're looking forward to doing just that next time we're in this part of the country. If in a big rig and coming from the west, do not plan to get off I-20 at Bowen and take Arbook. That part of Arbrook Rd is narrow and encroached by trees. Take the Cooper/157 exit off I-20 instead.

Stayed one night while visiting family. This place is a gem. It’s an older park but is immaculate. About 2/3 are full time residents but plenty of transient camper spots. Site 127B is a prime location. Pull through and right next to a small park area, allowing lots of room. LOTS OF TREES AND SHADE. Sites are crushed rock and very clean with concrete pads for patio areas. Streets are asphalt. It’s worth the extra price.

Standard W/S/C/E 30/50 amp Pull-through. Most sites in this resort seem to be occupied by long-term residents. The only available sites for transit customers were basic pull-through on level gravel. These sites are very close together and offer little privacy. The campground is nicely landscaped with mature shade trees and provides occupants with good clean laundry facilities. The resort is about 10 miles from the sports stadia, 25 miles from the Fort Worth stockyards and 35 miles from downtown Dallas. Shopping mall and fast food restaurants within walking distance.

We loved our stay her while visiting family. Very shaded spots, not perfectly level but that’s ok.

Such a great park if you need to be close to Dallas or Fort Worth. Located in a tree filled lot right in the middle of Arlington. Close to the stadiums, Cowboys and Rangers, the highway, I-20 and shopping. 25 minutes to either downtown with tons of travel options. It is helpful to have a Texas toll tag but not necessary. The park is beautifully maintained with hundreds of live art at trees creating a wonderful shady canopy. There is a pool, a dog park, both pull through and back in spots, a gym, and a very tidy on site laundry. The staff was terrific and super helpful. This is a great city campground

Busy but very nice campground. We showed up late and the host that met us was very helpful! Seems like there were a lot of full timers. Convenient location as well!

There are short term and monthly stays available. Every shopping or food need is close. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well kept!
