Visited in fall of 2020. Front desk staff was extremely rude and at the time I chalked it up to stressful COVID times but after seeing more recent reviews on other sites I see it is an ongoing issue. Seemed to be very inconvenienced, almost disgusted with having to check us in. Room was dark and dingy and smelled musty and like cigarrette. Air condition did not work, beds were hard, pillows were flat and there were unhoused people in the parking lot asking for money. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, we ended up checking out after about an hour and with other hotels booked out had no choice but to drive on to Colorado, the next destination in our road trip. Old does not need to equal uncomfortable. Inexpensive updates could be made and staff could be trained better, as they are in the hospitality insudtry, after all.

Great little stop off during our roadtrip. Food was delicious, service was great and it was such a cute little place. Milkshakes big enough to share.

Beautiful views from the bridge. Highly recommend getting out and walking across the bridge.
