This is one of our favorite parks with some great hiking, and/or mountain bike riding. The only issue that I had with the park was we spent one night and one spot and we’re transferring to another spot the next day. They wouldn’t let us move into our new spot, even if it was empty until after noon. so we waited till noon drove back down there with our fifth wheel and checked in for some reason they wanted our permit tickets that they gave us. Not sure why. Also, the cell phone coverage would work and then all of a sudden it would quit working. We were in site 28 with no hook ups and we were on site 23 with electric and water.
We get there about noon. The place was filling up fast. We have camped here several times and never seen it this fulI. It had rained so some spots had lots of water.

They put in new electric boxes that have 30 and 50 amp. There are more spaces to the west in a different parking lot if the ones behind the casino are full. Get here early. By noon there were only a few sites available with electric. Good food and gift shop too!
Mostly full timers here. There are a few open spots. Make sure you call first to see if there is a spot to fit your rig. They are tight sites. Leave a message and the owner will return your call. Our spot 31 had several trees in it, which made it a little challenging, backing it in once we were in. Once we were in, we were really happy with our site. we were on the end and had no one on the other side of us A little bit of train noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Grassy sites with electric. Very nice staff. Had lunch here. This is our 2nd time. We usually stop for a night or 2 to get laundry done in town, etc.
We had several sites to choose from. We ended up taking site 14 for the views. Would easily fit several rigs. We drove through a Mesa Verde’s campground and decided this one was much better by far. Just up the road from us The Bearded Villains were having a camp out. How cool was that! Check them out they have an awesome mission statement. I would’ve given this area five stars except for the highway noise and the dust. The road was a little bumpy but not bad. As always, if you’re not sure, I’ll walk up and take a look at the sites. The views and privacy between sites were really good!

We were the only ones here we parked near the dry lake beds, but not on them. Beautiful spot we hate to leave.

This is a very small and older park. The people were very friendly and welcoming. I liked our site. The dairy air happened occasionally which was really the only negative I can say about the park. It is about 10 miles outside of Casa Grande. We came at a time when the park was not busy. 10/8 to 10/17/2021

We love Port camping- being close to all the boats. There were a lot of open spaces to camp, and we are within walking distance to downtown Anacortes, grocery stores, restaurants, and trails. All dry camping.
Payment it's made at the port office just a short walk away. It was very quiet here during the night. Maybe on weekends or other times it gets busier. We've checked out an RV park close by. For some that may work, but the spaces were too close. There were just too many people. We loved being close to all the amenities here. We stayed August 18 & 29, 2019.
