Probably my fault but I have a 26 ft 5th wheel and I couldn’t get it into my 30 ft spot, be aware this includes your whole length with tow vehicle. Expensive 2 days I could use, but everything is expensive around here.

The goat head thorns are horrible, they are everywhere. Late April early May no water in the Rio Grande, facilities are good and well taken care of. I’ll come back for the trees they don’t have at Caballo State Park.

I arrived around 3 pm, they have about 20 spots, there were about 5 campers on site on a Sunday. All the sites are parallel but there’s plenty of room, nice and quiet at night, some shade. Nice place across the street to take a walk around a big pond.
