If you need to see a cave while in Lake of the Ozarks but don't want to spend $48 for a family of 4-this might satisfy you. 2 adults and 2 kids was $20. It's a small cave and an hour long tour. Guides do a good job making it seem more amazing than it might actually be.
We saw a few bats and experienced actual total darkness.

Hampton Inns are the best! Free coffee, water bottles and decent breakfast spread. Pool here is kinda small but rooms are nice and staff friendly.

Each condo is different. We stayed in an upper level one and had a view of the docks and a bit of the channel. The outdoor pool was nice. There is really no lake access unless you own a boat. The swimming area was behind all the boat docks and looks very gross and like nowhere anyone had swam in years.

As of Friday August 7th, the whole area (blocks & blocks in every direction) is under construction. You can't get anywhere near it unless you buy tickets to actually go up in it. You can get a good view of it from the courthouse (where you but the tickets) but your photo won't be great because there are tons of cranes and construction equipment all around. We wasted a good couple of hours stopping here trying to just show our kids and snap a photo. And there's nowhere very kid friendly to eat nearby.

Eh. It's ok. Is also a Maid-Rite if that interests you. Nothing special except it's right next to the Mark Twain boyhood home/museum.
