Ozark Caverns is an unlit cave located within the south side of Lake of the Ozarks State Park. It is part of a large group of "wild" caves in Missouri. Ozark Caverns is one of three "tamed" caves that is accessible to tourists, Bridal Cave, Jacob's Cave and the Ozark Caverns. It is part of the Osage River Cave region. The cave is walk though and wheelchair accessible.
If you need to see a cave while in Lake of the Ozarks but don't want to spend $48 for a family of 4-this might satisfy you. 2 adults and 2 kids was $20. It's a small cave and an hour long tour. Guides do a good job making it seem more amazing than it might actually be.
We saw a few bats and experienced actual total darkness.
