awesome stop before the games. a bus runs from the bar to the stadiums sometimes for free rides.
a definite bright spot in Cincinnati. the park is a good size, lots of natural landscaping + fountains and amphitheater. some days, the food trucks are parked along the west end of the park. there's also a designated dog park.
I wonder if traffic reports along NW 8th are described in relation to the planets. "A car is broken down on Northwest 8th in Gainesville, between Neptune and Uranus."
my first experience at this place was in 8th grade on a school field trip, and we all feared our mean old waiter. 9 years later, and i still probably would.
to me, ed's is a must-eat when in chicago, especially for first timers. it's always a joy watching how they act when the waiter/waitress makes the first rude, off-hand remark. at least i imagine it is, as i haven't been there since i was in 8th grade.
