Great place. Easy in and out. Water and electric 50 amp. Brats and soup complimentary from 6-9 pm, and breakfast $4 charge for rvers. Just stayed one night on our way home to Idaho from Arizona, but would be okay if you were staying a couple of days exploring the area.

I read the reviews before making my reservation about how tight the spaces are. We had the end space so didn't really have an issue getting in. We arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:00p.m. The office was empty and locked. When I found the owner, and said I needed to check in, he acted like I was bothering him. His attitude didn't improve over our stay.

Always like to come here. Close to Seaside, Astoria, Cannon Beach, and the Long Beach Peninsula. Great historical sights.
Not sure how anyone got 2 bars of cell on Verizon or AT&T. I was able to receive text messages on Verizon but AT&T was intermittent at best. I switched to Wi-Fi phone for better reception. Got 2 bars on Verizon mifi for internet with a booster antenna.
