Stayed here through the Independence Day weekend. Checking was super easy with a huge staging area. Large campground with spacious sites. They also have cabins and Airstreams you can rent. Everything is super clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. We saw several other RV parks in the area and this was easily the best one. Easy access to multiple state parks, downtown and everything else the area has to offer. Our only complaint was something the resort has no control over, and that was the constant high wind. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in and out pretty quick, but the location was great, campsite was good and the park was very clean and family friendly. Most sites looked like they were on top of each other. Ours was not, but it was also next to the Office, so lots of idling trucks during the day as folks checked in or were leaving. The best spots looked to be the ones by the river. They have wifi, but good luck getting anything done on it. My t-mobile phone said it had 1 bar LTE, but nothing ever loaded. Santa Cruz is just down the road. Henry Cowell is across the river, but you need to drive up or down the road a bit if you want to get into the park.

Nice spacious sites. Campground was clean and staff very friendly. Easy access to the river. Walking distance to the drive through tree. Water and electric only with a dump station on site. You can also have them come by and collect for a fee. Their wifi was so-so. Only down side is that t-mobile signal was essentially non-existent.

Easy access and very clean facility. Level lots, though because our spot was not deep and driveway is on a slop, it was difficult to unload truck camper, so we didn't. For this trip it wasn't that big of a deal. Only gripe is how expensive this place is, but I'm guessing it is due to the great location.

Came here to test out our new camper. Paved pad. We have a truck camper and fit just fine on the pad, but large trailers will be tight. Cell signal was hit and miss. There is a trail down to the lake, but with the lake so low, it is a bit of a hike. Great shore fishing though. No hookups, but there is a dump station on your way in/out of the park.

This was an overnight spot for us on our way to our final destination. The park was clean, easy to find and the sites were not on top of each-other. Check-in was simple. Only complaints were that our spot was not too level and bordered a truck stop on the other side of the trees. If we were trying to "get away", the noise would have been a nuisance. However, as a stopover, this place was perfect. There is also a Starbucks nearby with truck parking next door to help provide the extra motivation to get going in the morning.

This is a nice campground near Point Reyes National Seashore. Centrally located to most of the areas hiking and other attractions. We tent camped here several years ago and enjoyed the property back then too. We had a spot with trees and privacy. There are several spots like this, but it looked like half or more of the spots were packed in pretty tight, or didn't have the advantage of trees giving a sense of privacy. T-Mobile signal was terrible. Occasionally I'd get 1 bar LTE, but usually nothing. Out of the 4 of us, only one was able to get any Internet access with their wifi, but that was after 10p. Don't count on it if you need Internet access and definitely don't count on T-Mobile. If you want good beer, great food and comfortable atmosphere, I recommend taking the short walk from the park to Due West tavern. It is a little pricy, but not out-of-line for the quality of food in this area.

Clean campground next to Francis Beach. Plenty of space. Easy access. Short drive to downtown and many of the areas attractions. tMobile signal was great. They have electric only spots with a dump station onsite and a place to fill with fresh water. As an FYI, you have to swipe a credit card to use the dump station. I think it was $10 to use it. Great place that we will likely come back to if we are lucky enough to find a spot. This is a popular campsite, so good luck getting a spot.
