Beautiful drive with waterfalls along the road. Some gravel road and very narrow passes but worth a look.
If you find the right parking area it has an outhouse and the trail entrance is clearly marked.
It’s a long hike to the falls but worth it if you have time. Bring water.
Weather can change rapidly - I was caught in thunderstorms on both visits in late July. Weather can change rapidly so plan accordingly.
I was there on a weekday so not too crowded.
It’s a bit of a drive from Portland, but beautiful if you have time. Very quiet and remote. Lots of parking, very few people around.
Super cute individual cabins. Coffee shop and pizza place on site. Two Tesla chargers for guests. It’s just a beautiful 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. I found this place by accident and would absolutely stay here again.
The room was cute and funky. Location is great. All the staff I interacted with were really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was awesome, as it offered much more than you typically find. Almond milk, waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs individually wrapped were some of the options. Coffee was high quality and brewed by the cup. I would definitely stay here again.
It’s a small park down a road that goes through a residential area then turns to dirt. Once you park it’s a short hike to a spectacular waterfall. Well worth the trip.
Rooms are nice. Waking up to a beautiful ocean view was great. One downside is the parking. If your vehicle is low to the ground it will scrape going in and out of the underground parking (my car is a regular sedan). They should post warnings about this.
