Great RV park- a bit pricy, but we only stayed for 1 night in order to meet a mobil RV repairman. Staff was friendly and we loved the wildlife around the campground. My older boys fished and caught huge trout, we watched a beaver swim around the pond and saw deer in the evening. It is a well kept park with great laundry facilities. Some washers were more expensive than others (not sure why) so just look for the less expensive ones if doing laundry. Bathrooms were closed so we were not able to shower but it was ok since we were only there 1 night.
This was a great place for an overnight while passing through. We got hot showers and the kids played on the playground. Its convenient to two large truck stops and right off the interstate.
This is worth stopping if you are close to it. Its one of those "now I can say I saw it" type of landmarks. I wouldn't go out of your way to get to it. We stayed about 5 minutes, took a few pictures and went on our way. It was neat, but like I said, I wouldn't go out of my way to make sure I saw it.
This was a fun little stop and good place to get out and stretch your legs. There was a large place to park our motorhome. We got snow cones and took sandwiches with us to eat at the picnic tables. The kids were able to walk around and have fun. You can fish according to the sign, but it is catch and release only. We stayed about 30 minutes because we had lunch and walked the dog. Overall I am glad we stopped to say we saw it.
We needed somewhere to stay for a quick overnight. It is a very well maintained campground. They were super easy to deal with. We arrived late at night and it is right off the interstate. There is a flying J less than a mile from the campground. There is a small playground as well.
