This is our 3rd stay here, this time we were in Hopi Loop close to the entrance of the loop. This is a dry camping loop so we chose this site to utilize our solar, we were also close to the WiFi repeater. We did use the campground WiFi on occasion but also we’re able to get 1-3 Mgbts on our T-Mobile Hot Spot.

Idyllwild is one of our favorite local getaway spots and the Thousand Trails in Idyllwild is great! The campground is about 15 min drive from town and is clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. Some spots are better than others, and like other TT campgrounds, the have mostly water and electric hookups without sewer, but there is a dump at the entrance at the park. Wifi is also great in some spots (the 100's, 300's, & 400's are our favorite for wifi) and not so great in others. There is hiking within the park and trails in the park that lead to other great hiking spots outside the park. I gave this 3 stars for noise as that depends on the time of year you go (Summer is busier than other months) and the spot you stay but overall, it's a very quite experience.

We arrived at this FCFS campground on a Tuesday around noon not sure if we would get a spot. Loop B was closed for a special event (make sure to check their website if you’re coming in June) and the “Campsite Is Full” sign at the entrance kiosk wasn’t encouraging but the only place to turn around was at the campground. Thankfully, the sign was wrong and we snagged A-13 which had a view of the tower! We paid $10/night with our America the Beautiful pass but the regular price is $20/night
If you cannot get a site, but want to see the park anyway, you can drop your trailer at the entrance of the campsite and drive up to the Visitor’s Center and Devils Tower.
It is a must see!

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Hollywood area. It was clean, people are very friendly, and the owners/staff are very helpful. They valet your RV into its spot for you and hook up you sewer and water. The only negative I would say is we missed our turn into the park b/c GPS was looking for a road, so be on the watch for the entrance. There's a bit of plane noise, but not enough to even be conscience of it.
Would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Twin Peaks is a beautiful campground surrounded by forests of cactus! We stayed in site #9 in the generator area; all the sites are pull-through and quite spacious. We loved that we could hike right out of the campground and took the 40 mile drive through the Organ Pipe National Monument and toured the little town of Ajo. The facilities were immaculate, as we've come to expect in Arizona campgrounds. Cell coverage, with our cell booster, allowed hubby to work for a few hours without issue. Will definitely stay again!

Dumped our tanks today as we heading North on the 5.
Easy in, easy out…dump station needs a new hose as it leaks. Otherwise, all is great!
