This was our 5th stop on a 5 state road trip with my family of 5. The grounds are huge, but not well cared for. Grass is dying, weeds are taking over, and staff is not visible. The pool area is nice, but more shade is needed for the kind of heat in Red Bluff. Plus, there is nothing to do around here!
We decided to try whitewater rafting with our three kids ages 8-12. We went with Seventh Mountain Resort's rafting guides and can't say enough about our experience! Our guide was Wellman and he was fun, knowledgeable, and excited. The cost is the lowest, only $40 per person for a 2 1/2 hour trip, but if you go on a Tuesday, it's $29 per person! The leg we rafted was the Big Edy, and has some class 1 and 2 currents and five class 3 currents. You will definitely get soaked, but nothing too scary. We even got photos of our float on a disc for $30, which I didn't think was a bad value.

This was the 4th stop for my family of 5 on a 5 state road trip. It is our favorite so far! The grounds are gorgeous, with trees everywhere, paved RV spots with lots of space, and very well maintained buildings. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are gas fire pits and BBQs for use in a central area, a very nice laundry room, and impeccable restrooms and showers. They also have a large hot tub, but it was being renovated during our stay.

This was our first stop in a 5 state road trip. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort was very well maintained by friendly staff. It had the most to do in the resort for my 3 kids, including swimming, ping pong, foos ball, and pool. There is also a very nice bike trail connection just across the street where we rode at least 15 miles on a beautiful ride.

Great resort! Well maintained, lovely pool, cute park, and nice facilities. They even give you homemade cookies upon check-in that are delicious!
This is the 3rd stop for my family of 5 on a 5 state road trip through the western states. Be aware that this "resort" is mostly a full-time living facility with some visitors. It is nice enough but not what I would call a resort. They do have a brand new pool (which is not really kid-friendly, as my kids were given dirty scowls by cranky old ladies the entire time) and the leash-free dog park was great. The exercise room was not modern, and the weights resembled those used by the Flinstones.
