I believe the description of this park is deceiving. The spots are very narrow and short. It is right next to the freeway. Argumentative office staff when I asked for the wifi password. It was not on the map I was given but she argued with me that it was there for quite some time. Eventually she realized I didn’t have it and gave me the password. My friend also had a very difficult experience with the office who called the police on her, which was unnecessary

We stayed here in our 38’ motorhome. Our site was level. The site was pretty close to the neighbors and they have a lot of seasonals. Everyone’s sites were well kept. It was pretty hot during our stay. Nice clubhouse, small but nice pool and friendly helpful staff.

We stayed at this park March 8th 2015. Park is conveniently located off of freeway, yet there is minimal highway noise. Staff are very helpful and freely answer all your questions. Site has a swimming pool (closed when we were there) and play ground equipment for those with children. Dog run for pets. Paved interior roads and cement pads. Park is located next to city bike/walking path with direct access. Park has an excellent club house with small library, full size pool table and a kitchen which would be ideal if traveling in a large group. Grocery shopping is only a couple miles away and a fifteen minute drive to Temple Square.
Park is a bit pricey but if you want to be close to the downtown core, this could be the place for you.

This campground was a bit pricey, but we were looking for full-hookups and a central location and this campground offered both. There were a couple of lower priced state parks, but they charged about $35 for full-hookup and were further out from the city.
One caution is that their website doesn't necessarily let you know the size limitations of their sites. And they charge according to the size and location of the sites. The least expensive sites "standard back-in sites" only accommodate Class B or Class C RVs and the next level up "deluxe" sites also seemed narrow. Our site was a "premium site" had a grassy area and decent spacing for a private park.
The campground is immaculately kept with concrete pads with picnic tables, free cable, restrooms, showers, a clubhouse, a heated pool (closed when we were there), a laundry room and a small playground. There is a security fence, and each guest receives their own code to access the gate.
The location is about ten minutes from downtown. It's in an industrial area, and one side has a view of an oil refinery just in front of some mountains. The other mountain views are quite scenic. The other down side is that it's right by the highway, and does get some highway noise, especially on the east side of the campground, but we didn't hear anything while inside our RV.
There is a very nice bike/walking trail by a river just outside a small gate in the front of the campground, great for walking doggies. Campsites on the very front "deluxe plus sites" and "premium sites" face the bike trail with mountains in the background, although B-21 has a restroom building in front of it.
Overall, a nice campground considering that it's in the city.

The location was easy to access and easy to find. It is situated just outside of Salt Lake with easy access to the freeway.
We pulled in for one night after purchasing our 2351DKS. They assigned us a spot right next to another camper although the park over 95% empty. We did not check out any of the amenities.
Not bad for an RV resort but 'Meh' kinda sums it up.
There were no loud campers but situated a bit close to the freeway for our taste.
Guessing on the cell service but it was not a problem.

We needed someplace to stay near Salt Lake for a couple of days. Due to a cold front, we wanted FHU.
This is a well cared for RV park. Neighbors are close but sites are nice. Location is a little strange. The park is located in an industrial area behind and RV dealer.
The park location does afford great views of the mountains, easy access to a bicycle trail and shopping minutes away.
The laundry facility was spotless and new equipment. $2.00 for wash $1.75 for dry.
WiFi worked ok but became slower with more weekend arrivals.
They have some cabin options and even a vintage Airstream that you can rent. Staff at the park did a very good job.
There is some highway noise.

It’s not very frequent we stay at RV parks so we can’t compare it to others very well. But we found this place to be very clean and well-taken care of. Each site has a picnic table, small grassy spot, and a tree.
The main downside is that the sites (at least the one we were in) were very tight. In fact, I ripped my jeans on the RV slide next to our truck as I walked to our driver side door. We found it strange that despite there being a lot of empty sites, we were given a spot right next to a parked rig and then another RV was parked next to us.
The upsides of the place are: the public bathrooms and showers were very clean, there are two small fenced in areas for dogs to be off-leash, and the Jordan River Greenway is right behind the RV park. It’s also ~10 miles from downtown SLC.
Highway noises can be heard from the park since it’s located right next to I-215. But we didn’t find it to be disturbing. The RV park did have nice views of snowcapped mountains even though it’s located in an industrial neighborhood.
Weekday prices were $47.09 and weekend prices increased to $53.81, after taxes.

RV Parks are not typically our first choice but this campground was close, even bikeable to downtown SLC. We were here with friends who wanted to spend time exploring the city and the Pony Express did the job. Bathrooms were nice, wifi was decent, laundry was cc operated and proximity to town was hard to beat. Expensive but a nice recharge for those living a life on the road like us.

We came to SLC to get repairs done on our RV. We thought it would be only a few days but it took forever to get done! Thankfully we stayed at Pony Express. The staff was very helpful and accommodating of our situation. We needed to take the RV in and leave it over night a couple of times and we were able to rent one of Pony Express's Chalets for those nights. The Chalets are very nice and well equipped. We left for Thanksgiving then came back to get repairs finished when the correct parts finally came in. When we returned we moved to a slightly narrower site but saved a few buck each night. I really couldn't notice a difference but I like saving money. They take Enjoy America and Good Sam. Nice long paved sites-grass, picnic table, good water pressure and wifi. The only drawback is that this park is near oil refineries and it can smell sometimes. I drove by the KOA just incase we decided to move closer to downtown but it was in a bad neighborhood. I will stay here next time we are passing through. As a side note: Salt Lake City has and awesome maker space called MakeSaltLake if you are ever here for an extended time. I was able to make all my Christmas presents there, while waiting for to get back on the road!
