I’ll never go back. We arrived and the office staff was so rude when I asked about the pool hours and they told me it was closed, oh well. I was so upset I went to one about two miles away and had a great time.
Arrived to find out the pool was closed and was told I could sit in my RV with the AC to stay cool, very sarcastic. I paid for a premium site and they wanted to put me in the smallest site, they said I will be able to squeeze in there, I didn’t pay extra to squeeze in a site. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to give 72 hours notice so they said NOPE that’s just the way it goes. I then told them they should’ve given me 72 hours notice about the pool being closed.
Bottom line, they were not friendly. We left and found an AWESOME place 15 mins up the road.
I am not sure what happened, but this place has gone down the toilet. We arrived here and the water system was out of order. I understand things happen but 4 hours later I was calling the office and they thought the system was up and running, NOTE. The pool was out of order, maintenance? It is 100 degrees out and after a long day of travel it would have been nice to cool off. To top it off they let this place overgrow with weeds EVERYWHERE, it looks so tacky.
When I checked in the staff was nice and said things should be back to normal tomorrow as far as the pool and water are concerned in the mean time sign here with the full price and except our apology of oh well..
