A nice stop to stretch legs and use bathroom facilities before a long stretch if nothing along 1-80. Statue is huge.
The setting is beautiful. The breakfast was good. My kids were disappointed because we never got a pool time as promised. The rock formations are beautiful behind the hotel. The rooms are very large.
We enjoyed looking at the ranch and the artifacts in the barn. The house was closed due to COVID. We liked seeing the bison. We found a bird's nest on the grounds. It was nice to walk around and stretch. Down the road is a Dude Ranch got horse backing riding. My children lived that part especially!
A massive collection of absolutely everything. We felt it was worth the trip off of I-80. You can come and go as needed. We ate lunch at a Nebraska chain nearby and returned to see more. The kids liked pretending to work at the train depot and playing school in the one-room schoolhouse.
Nice stop on way through Indiana. Tour guide was very knowledgeable on the life of the family. Museum has some interactive displays.
Nice hotel with 24 hour pool, laundry service, and hit breakfast.
