Unfortunately, word throughout the Route 66 community is that this place is to be avoided.

LOVE the giant catsup bottle! Makes for some really fun photos with the kids. Park at the southwest corner lot and walk down the sidewalk - OR - pull into the gravel road directly UNDER the bottle. There is a small parking area behind the base of the tower. Either way I highly recommend getting out, walking around, and take some pictures. It's a neat experience! (And souvenirs are available at Ashmann's Pharmacy on Main Street.)
