This is not a typical campground. Small horse ranch with full hookups. Price is reasonable and sites are nice. If you are the only one there it is very quiet and charming! Wake up to the sight of horses and beautiful trees. Great place if you have kids. If you are looking for a nice quiet and charming place to stop over for the night while still getting full hookups there is nothing better than this place! Close and easy access to fuel, groceries and restaurants as well.

This park was Busy! Lots of rigs in and out. But it was well ran. We had a level gravel site that backed up to a creek. We had some grass behind us for the kids to play in. Full hook ups. Live music and fire pit most nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Trains were frequent and a little loud. No complaints and for the price, I’m sure we will be back.

This place is expensive but if you are going to spend some time and use the amenities it’s probably worth it. Very clean and well maintained. Level concrete site. I would come back and I enjoyed it, but was pricey.

We booked this place last minute and were very happy. It is Good Sam. We paid an extra couple of dollars for a concrete pad which was level. Full hook ups. Beautiful view of the river. Very basic. No play ground but we did use the laundry facility. This place is mostly older couples in very large motor coaches. Priced slightly high but nice. We had about a 20 minute drive to the zoo.

Just ok. Staff was friendly. Had full hook ups. Site was a little muddy and soft. No complaints. But also not real great. WiFi never worked. So don’t count on that.

Fun park! Lots to do and full hookups! But for the price we would expect level concrete site. It was gravel and so I level that my Anderson wedges were too small! Also, the water sewer and electric were all up at the driver side of my tow vehicle, which was super inconvenient! So basically, a great park but for what we paid we just expected more from the site itself.

We had a very nice stay. Location was quiet. We had some shade. Staff was very nice and helpful. Kid play equipment was nice. We had a very level pull through gravel spot. Concrete would have been nice but not a big deal. All amenities worked. No complaints.

No WiFi

No frills but everything you need. 30/50 amp. Water. Sewer. Completely fenced. Well lit. Never felt unsafe.

We had a last minute change of plans and it was nice to call and talk to a person after 5pm. She said she was there until about 9pm. The place was very basic but we had a very nice flat pull through. Price with good Sam was $51. This was a little steep for the bare basic that the place was. But all said it was nice, the people were nice, and the concert place with no leveling was very nice.

Great place. Good price. Level site. Gravel. Full book ups. Right next to a playground for our kids. Nice grass. Nice staff. Nothing negative to say. About 30 minute drive to anything we wanted to do in KC.
