Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on March 02, 2019I do not consider $40.00 - $46.00 Budget camping.
Clerk assigned me to a totally inappropriate site (full hookup for my teardrop trailer) in a poor location (practically on the street!) When I asked to be reassigned she flatly refused.

Just ok. Staff was friendly. Had full hook ups. Site was a little muddy and soft. No complaints. But also not real great. WiFi never worked. So don’t count on that.

Camped in a 35” motorhome. We are self-contained so cannot comment on restrooms/shower facilities. Would not stay again.
Pros –
- none.
Cons –
- Right next to interstate – lots of traffic noise
- Mostly long term residents – some/many in somewhat dilapidated situations.
- The campground is in disrepair – the buildings, office, and the roads. It’s old and needs an overhaul…..and soon.

Stayed 1/2/20. This park is within view of the highway which means there is quite a bit of traffic noise. The facilities and sites could use some updating but overall the park was clean. We stayed one night on our way through the area. It was okay for a place to rest and reset for our next day of travel. We would stay again for an overnight.

As with a lot of RV Parks, this one is literally 65’ from Interstate 70. The traffic noise all night long was terrible and we could not sleep.

It’s an established park, easy on/off the freeway if you need a place near Kansas City. Mostly permanent residents but it’s quiet. It could use a little TLC, but there are a lot of sites with new gravel, sewer and electric mounds. Lola like the owners are making improvements, east, friendly check in.
