They don't make 'em like this anymore. Cool old bridge to drive over and stop at the riverside parks and look at.

Hotel Review: What an excellent place to stay. Beds were super comfy, felt like royalty on these grand beds. Room was very clean, well laid out and plenty of space. The bathroom was a little old, but in a quaint-cool vintage kind of way. Would totally stay here again.

Neat little park with some great history. Worth a stop while traveling the Lincoln Highway, or just milling around town. (See what I did there?)

Small park on boulevard. Cool to drive through, hard to find a place to park and enjoy the area around the statute..

Amazing views of NYC at sunset. Small park, kind of busy even during Covid. Parking can be easy depending on the time of day. Grab a bench and just look out over the Hudson. Family friendly.

Nice little campground, decent toilets, fresh water supply and electrical hookups. Some sites are a little close to each other. All maintained grass, no bushes or trees that really separated each space. Wonderful views to be seen, all main trails will do fine with two wheel drive.

So much of the land in this part of the state is fenced off and you can see some similar badlands like areas all around, but can only view from afar. Castle Rocks is open to the public and is a treat to be able to check out up close. Great for some exploring on 4 wheels, or 2 feet.

Things to know: climbing the rocks is not allowed. Four wheel drive and some ground clearance is suggested, but you should be able to get to it on one of the two roads if you're careful and it hasn't rained lately.

Clean, rooms look newish, or recently updated. Bed was really comfy. Traveled here during Covid times, so hard to gauge the rest of the offerings.

Comfy beds, clean, bery friendly owner/staff, not a bad spot to stay if you're looking for a no frills motel.
